When I was playing and rolling around on the artificial turf, some of the grass got stuck in the seams, causing it to fray. Please see the images for confirmation. Images 3 and 4 show the bottom front, and image 5 shows the bottom back. I've only used it a few times, so the condition is good except for that. Price negotiations are possible.
