This is a mallet putter cover from the golf goods brand "BLUE TEE GOLF California." The design is cute, featuring an all-over embroidered pattern of smiles and pinball motifs on a yellow fabric. I only tried it out once, but it's not in brand new condition with the tags still attached, so please understand this before purchasing. I plan to package it with waterproof measures and ship it via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
