French hunting jacket from the 20s-30s made of métis canvas fabric!!! This is one of the most expensive and rare vintage French hunting jackets, made with linen material!!! All of the original animal buttons from the time are present and intact!!! The beautiful A-line and classic round silhouette, unique to FRENCH hunting jackets, is stunning!!! The cotton-linen material makes it suitable for a wide range of seasons!! While you often see French vintage hunting jackets made of piqué, wide-wale corduroy, and cotton, cotton-linen is quite rare and highly sought after!!! When I purchased it, I was told it was 100% linen, but it's likely a cotton-linen blend with a high percentage of linen!!! The aged fabric, typical of vintage items, is incredible, with the unique nep of linen creating a fantastic atmosphere!!! The condition shows some stains, fading, small repairs, and fraying at the cuffs, but miraculously, there is no major damage, and it's in good condition considering it's from 80-100 years ago!!!
