This is a Japanese-made phaser by Amdek. It's from the 80s and was OEM manufactured by Roland, so it's said to have the same internal components and sound as the vintage Boss PH-1R. I compared it to an older PH-1, and it certainly gave the impression of having the same vintage sound, within the range of individual variations. Operation has been confirmed, and the power jack has been replaced from a mini-pin to a standard size.
