I don't have a TV, so I can't confirm if it connects properly, but it was working fine when I bought it here a year and a half ago. I haven't used it since then and have stored it in a dark place. I plugged it in and checked if it powers on, and both the console and controller powered on, and DVDs could be inserted, so I think it should be fine. Everything in the photos is included. I used it to watch Blu-rays, not for gaming, so I can't answer questions about the types of cables. Also listed on other sites, and will be removed if sold there.
