I bought this at Disneyland. It's a wrap skirt that fastens with Velcro. The waist is all elastic except for the Velcro. It also has a lining, so the fabric is sturdy. It has wrinkles because it was stored at home. It's super cute paired with a Minnie Mouse t-shirt! Length: Approximately 34cm
