There are no noticeable scuffs on the four corners of the bottom or damage to the handles, but the bag has generally lost its shape, so it becomes floppy when empty. As shown in images 2 and 9, there are scratches on the metal hardware. Shoulder strap is not included. Please check the condition in the images. Although it's amateur measurements, I think you can get a general sense of the size from the images. Will be shipped compactly.
