It is made using high-quality shunko washi paper. The size is shikishi (square card) size: approximately 24.1cm tall and 27.3cm wide. The rakkan (artist's seal) is pressed onto washi paper and then affixed. This is the formal method of applying the rakkan in the school my mother attends. The colors may appear different from the actual piece depending on your device.
