Measurements (laid flat): From the bottom of the pom-pom: approximately 20cm Head circumference: 22cm (laid flat), but since it's knit, it seems like it can stretch to fit a head circumference of about 56cm. The lining of the hat is fluffy and looks warm. I think it would be good for kindergarten or elementary school children. I couldn't capture it well in the photos, but it's very cute in person.
