It belongs to a friend, so I don't know the details, but it seems the jacket and skirt have different fabrics. They are both size 17. The skirt fabric is thinner than the jacket. The colors are almost the same. You probably wouldn't notice at a ceremony. The skirt is more useful, so perhaps the thinner fabric is better. Would this suit someone who fits the size?
