I am selling this because I no longer play with it. There are some issues, including peeling, lifting, and stains on the stickers of the room (floors of the 2nd and 3rd floors). Some of the small items also have sticker distortions, warping, and lifting. The stickers on the plates and picture books are missing because they have come off. The noses of the polar bear and cat are peeling. The house's backing board has scratches, dents, and stains. The suction cups stick, but they come off over time (since I bought it). Please understand the above issues before purchasing. As a bonus, I will include a penguin mascot (without a suction cup). I will ship it in simple packaging. Please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home.
