The overskirt is organza with a seashell and starfish design. The underskirt is satin and uses three colors. 34 cm. It says 110, but if you adjust the elastic or string on the skirt, it can be a long skirt for a 90, or a mini skirt for a 120. Worn once at an aquarium. Please understand that this is a used item, as it was worn by a child.
