Graduated from Musashino Art University. Began photographing skaters around 1996. From 2003 to 2009, she released "ZINEs" photocopied with the cooperation of "ART BY XEROX." During that time, and continuing to the present, she travels from East Asia to the eastern United States, continuing to photograph streets in various countries. Her work was first exhibited in a solo exhibition at GAS EXPERIEMENT in 2001. Since then, she has continued to exhibit her work mainly in NY and Tokyo. She has also been featured in a wide range of media such as Paper Sky, Relax, Tokion, Transworld Skateboarding, Warp Japan, Dune, Untitled, Adrenalin, Lodown, Humburger Eyes, and The New York Times, and has also worked on advertisements for I-Path Shoes, Satori Wheels, Organica, Sushi Wheels, 5boro, Zoo York, Billabong, and Volcom.
