This is a knit bolero from Hiroko Bis + Rico. It features a sheer black lace knit overlaid with silk chiffon. The design includes flared sleeves and a ribbon tie. I think it's made of a material that can be worn year-round, except in the peak of summer. It would look lovely layered over a simple dress. Overall, it's in good condition, but there is one snag on the back. Someone with skill might be able to repair it(^^;; I don't think it's very noticeable. Thank you.
