Iikura Kumano Shrine According to one theory, the birthplace of Mitsuri Kanroji, a Hashira (Pillar) character in "Demon Slayer," is Azabudai, Minato-ku. The nameplate of Iikura Kumano Shrine is inscribed by Ukenaga Kanroji, who was the chief priest of Meiji Jingu Shrine. Since it's a rather unusual surname, it is said that this is the model. Also, the Hashira's familiar is a crow. Kumano Shrine enshrines Yatagarasu (a mythical three-legged crow), so it is considered a strong theory.
