Sylvanian Families Red Roof Country Home I believe this is the 2017 model. My child played with this when they were young, and it has been stored at home since then. As shown in photo 3, the second floor left side, the upper right roof, stairs, and fences can be freely combined for different layouts. The lights on the first and second floors inside the house will turn on with two AAA batteries. (See photos 4 and 5. The photos don't show the lights on, but their operation has been confirmed.) To access the battery compartment, loosen the screws under the window in photo 6 and remove the window. Batteries are not included. The furniture, accessories, and figures shown in photo 7 are also included. I am also including wooden furniture purchased from Flying Tiger, which I thought would match the Sylvanian Families aesthetic (see photo 8). Please understand that these are used items. Small items will be wrapped together in bubble wrap. The stairs, fences, and roof parts that can be removed will also be disassembled and wrapped in bubble wrap. The house itself will also be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box for shipping.
