I bought it at a recycle shop. There's a thread coming out in one spot on the back, but as far as I can see, there are no tears in the lace. It's a three-layer construction of patterned lace, tulle lace, and satin fabric. There are no pockets. The waist is adjustable. However, the elastic is folded in half inside. The length is about 45cm. I will fold it for shipping, so it may wrinkle.
