This is a silk obi my mother purchased from Masuiwaya. It looks like a comb weave, but I'm not an expert, so I hope you can just get a general impression. The pale green base makes it perfect for the coming season. The texture seems suitable for both lined and unlined kimonos. It would look lovely paired with raw silk.
