ARABIA This is a teapot from the Valencia series. I believe it is in good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a slight tea stain inside the pot. (Please refer to the photos.) The "Valencia" series, characterized by its vibrant blue, lively, and dynamically depicted flowers, was inspired by Southern Europe, where Ulla Procopé lived in her youth, as suggested by its name, which is derived from a Spanish port town. It is tableware with a strong presence, where vitality and tranquility coexist. As it was manufactured and sold according to local standards at the time, it differs from current Japanese standards. Therefore, you may find dents, paint/glaze chips, or air bubbles due to manufacturing reasons, but we would appreciate your understanding of these characteristics of vintage items.
