These are ribbed leggings with suspenders. I loved the beautiful blue color, but since my child was accepted into kindergarten, I didn't have many opportunities to wear them, and they became too small after being worn 1-2 times. They are in relatively good condition. I purchased them on Rakuten Ichiba and have borrowed the size chart from that shop (photo 6).
