This is a golf score counter made with wooden beads. You lower a bead each time you take a stroke to count. When you finish a hole, return the lowered beads to the top. The fifth bead from the bottom is a long bead for easy recognition. Faux leather is used for the string. Counters that attach to commercially available gloves are easily lost, but this one can be easily attached to a belt loop or bag for convenient counting.
