Purchased new in June 2023. I am selling it due to a change in my production environment. I used it about twice a week at most, and there were months when I didn't turn it on at all. The condition is good, with few scratches, and the protective seal is still attached. The only included accessory is the power supply; the original box is not included. There is no transfer of plugins, but standard bundles are included upon product registration. Please see the UAD website for details. UAD plugins are often seen in professional settings, and I am amazed by their high quality when I use them. They will undoubtedly dramatically change your sound quality. Recently, I've heard from my musician friends that there is a difference in sound between UAD's native plugins and satellite plugins, and I feel the same way.
