Plarail Keio 1000 Series Beige Discontinued item manufactured in 2005. I have confirmed that it works without any problems, but I do not know the details such as the strength of the motor. I wiped it with a disinfectant sheet, but I haven't cleaned the fine parts such as inside the windows. I don't see any noticeable damage, but it's a vintage item that children have played with, so there may be some scratches and dirt.
