This is an ice cream tote bag from pu pu pu that I purchased on Creema. It's folded up, so it's a little hard to see, but it's a drawstring bag that can be cinched closed. There's a bit of black fuzz, but I think it's just the nature of the fabric. I pulled at it a bit, but I think it will appear with each use.
