Measurements are approximate, so there may be some error. The price tag is attached (pierced through) to the fabric tag, and there is a small hole in the tag where it was removed. With a ball chain, it's a mascot plushie. Also makes a great large keychain(^^) It is new and unused, but I took it out of the bag for photography. However, the bag was already wrinkled when I bought it, so I will put it in a new, clean bag when I ship it and pack it. Shipping will be via regular mail.
