This is a Showa-retro designed rice ball-shaped piggy bank. There are no major cracks or chips, but there is a scratch (or line?) and paint chipping on the coin slot, which appears to be from the beginning (photo ④). The rubber on the coin retrieval part shows no deterioration, so it seems it can still be used as a piggy bank, as well as retro interior decor.
