If your record player has a built-in phono equalizer, you can use this amplifier if there's a switch to turn off the internal equalizer. Also, even if your amplifier has phono inputs, you can connect this to AUX or other inputs to enjoy it. It performs accurate equalization to the RIAA curve of the record and outputs the sound.
