This is a LEGO promotional item, Jack and the Beanstalk. Includes the story booklet (picture book) and instructions. The picture book greatly expands the world of the completed model. The photos show the completed model, but it will be disassembled and sent in a zip-lock bag. Regarding the condition: the instructions are slightly yellowed at the edges. The LEGO bricks themselves don't have much discoloration, but there is some dust. This will be cleaned as much as possible during disassembly. As shown in the photos, the gold decorative parts on the four corners of the book have noticeable small scratches. Otherwise, there are no noticeable scratches.
