This is a pre-made Nishijin-ori fukuro obi (formal obi). The elegant pale cream color is accented with gold and silver, creating a very luxurious and華やかな (gorgeous/splendid) design. I bought it because I wanted to wear it to a friend's wedding, but I ended up attending in Western clothes, so I have kept it stored without wearing it. I am also selling a visiting kimono separately, and I will offer a discount if you purchase them together.
