I used this at my parents' house, but I'm getting rid of it because I bought an electric shredder, as turning the handle by hand was a hassle. Comes with the instruction manual. I didn't use it very often, but I used it regularly, so there are some minor scratches, but it doesn't affect its use. Also, there are a few stains that appear to be from sticker adhesive; please check the last photo. Shipping will generally be on weekends.
