This is a 2-way shine nylon hooded padded jacket/vest from Monomart. The color is ivory, and the size is FREE. I bought it to wear in the winter, but I didn't wear it and spring came...lol The arms can be removed with a zipper, so it can also be worn as a vest. The hood is not removable.
