I purchased this from Rakuten Mobile and used it until yesterday. It was for my high school daughter. I don't see any scratches, as far as I can tell. Both the screen and the body were protected with a cover and case. The photos show everything included, and there is no charger or cable. I will include two general-purpose cables that I was using.
