The survey postcard has been cut out. There are minor scratches on the cover, but there are no folds or writing on the pages, and it is in good condition with little signs of use overall. The product will be delivered using Japan Post's Yu-Packet (with tracking service). When shipping, we will carefully pack the product to prevent damage and ship it with care.
