There are scratches, some dirt, peeling or partially peeled stickers, and some stickiness due to plastic degradation. (These are not fully visible in the photos) The working vehicles function without any problems. The ambulance's sound doesn't work, possibly due to dead batteries or a defect, and the garbage truck's sound is poor due to dead batteries or poor contact. The other sounds are normal. The garbage can that came with the garbage truck is missing. The radio-controlled cars of the foreign cars have a lid on the back of the remote control that doesn't fit, and it's held in place with tape. I haven't confirmed their operation, so they may not work. I'm not sure if they were originally meant to run or not. My child seemed scared of them running, and they played with them without using the controllers, including the other radio-controlled cars. They're good for playing with by lining them up or pushing them by hand, rather than as radio-controlled cars. There may be other missing items that I'm not aware of.
