My family received this about five years ago, along with tickets to a sporting event. Fortunately, the weather was good, and they never had a chance to use it. I opened it for the first time today and was surprised by how large it is. The back is longer than the front, and there's sturdy Velcro on the sides. If you undo the Velcro and spread it out, it looks like it could also be a large waterproof cloth. There are also metal rings with holes in the four corners. The hood has a brim, and it seems to be a sturdy poncho as well. I think those familiar with the outdoors might find this useful. The tag is still attached to the pouch, but it has no text, only a picture.
