PENN SPINFISHER V 8500 LL Live Liner. The Live Liner system allows for instant switching to a "secondary drag" independent of the main drag by operating the lever on the back of the reel. This makes it suitable for live bait fishing and drift fishing. The product is almost unused, but there are a few scratches (see images). I think this is a model that is not often seen in Japan.
