5mm Wood Plate - Dedicated Product This wood plate is a dedicated plate for skin-friendly crimp training. Made from high-strength walnut wood, the edges are rounded and tapered. This taper reduces stress on the skin while providing an exquisite hold. Improving your holding strength will dramatically increase your limit grade. Train your fingers with the wood plate and push your limit grade higher. Set Contents: Width 11.7cm x Height 4.3cm A set of 2 plates each of 15mm and 12mm thickness. Dedicated wood screws included (3.5 x 32mm) We also sell stronger 9mm/6mm sets. Notes: Do not use mounting screws with a shaft of 4.0mm or more. The plate may crack under load. Use the included wood screws (3.5 x 32mm) or 3.8mm course thread screws (32mm or longer) for installation. Tighten the final turn by hand. As the product uses natural wood, there may be slight variations in width and height. Custom sizes are also popular (1500 yen and up per pair). Thicknesses from 3mm to 15mm are available in 1mm increments. Thicker than 15mm is also possible.
