This is a silk Nagoya-style obi (sash). The mark reads "[Itsu]". The silver thread is woven in a horizontal stripe pattern using a technique called "gindōshi," which reflects light softly. Adorable sparrows are depicted. The bamboo is intentionally drawn in a sumi-e (ink wash painting) style, making the sparrows stand out. As it's a Nagoya-style obi, you can adjust the width to your liking. The white background is stylish. Length: Approximately 362 cm I've inspected it myself, and I believe the condition is good. I'm selling these items gradually to organize my tansu (chest of drawers) while they are still in good condition.
