This is an Apple Watch Series 4, a NIKE model! As you can see in the 6th photo, there are many small scratches. I will clean it up a bit before shipping, but there may still be some dirt. The screen is not cracked, and it is usable, but please consider it as junk. Since this is a junk item, returns are not accepted. It comes with a dedicated charging cable.
