There are some scratches on the exterior, and some rust on the adapter, but this doesn't affect the operation. (Please check the photos) I've confirmed it's working, and I've used it about 20 times, but I purchased it about 3 and a half years ago, so I can't guarantee the deterioration of the charging system.
