This is a one-piece roomwear from un'un'cool. I've worn it about 5 times as pajamas or loungewear. The inside is soft, and the outside has a terrycloth-like feel. There are buttons at the chest and ankles. The ankles have a slit about 15cm from the bottom, and you can button them up to make them like pants. The waist can be tightened with a drawstring.
