Although unused, this item has been stored at home for a long time. As shown in the third image, there is some paint chipping at the Attack Time Controller, which appears to have been there since the time of purchase. There are also other stains, so I've classified it as "Like New." The plastic case also has cracks. Power-on has been confirmed.
