I used to wear these over tights in the cold season. I really like them, but the threads at the opening have come undone, so I'm selling them to replace them. You can still wear them as is by cutting the threads, but if you're good at sewing, you could re-use them by basting the opening all the way around or by incorporating a different fabric.
