Decorative plate made in Fes, the ancient city of Morocco. It features a deep blue color known as "Fes Blue," which is traditional. Each piece is hand-painted with traditional patterns and has metal decorations around the edges. It is fired in a traditional kiln, giving it a unique texture. I received this as a souvenir from Morocco 26 years ago, but I didn't have a place to display it, so it has been stored in a closet.
