I wore this a few times as a Halloween costume! The frilly skirt makes it very cute and girly. Because it's short-sleeved, you can wear it as is if it's hot, or put a black long-sleeved T-shirt underneath if it's chilly. (The elastic in the sleeves is originally loose, so it doesn't look strange even with a long-sleeved T-shirt underneath.) The tail can be attached with a button. If you remove the tail, you can dress up as anything black, like a bat or a witch, instead of a black cat.
