Pet heater, flat warmer, pet warmer 6W I bought this on the recommendation of a pet shop clerk on February 7th for my new budgie, but I only used it for two nights. The birdcage was too big and it didn't warm up very well, so I switched to something else. I'm hoping someone else can use it. According to the shop clerk, the electricity bill would be 48 yen per month. I threw away the instruction manual. I used it standing up, so there's no dirt, but I cleaned it with a wet sheet.
