I purchased this item new as a parallel import in July of this year, but I'm selling it because I haven't used it. I used it once for an outing of about 3 hours. The fuzziness and what appear to be white stains are due to the fabric's characteristics and were present from the beginning. I will include two Duraflex adjusters, the same manufacturer as the buckle. They are gray, but the color is slightly different.
