I purchased this over five years ago along with my MacBook, but it's not working well and sometimes fails to read discs properly. There are also some scratches, as you can see in the photos. Please note that there is an Apple sticker on it. The original product is plain. It can be connected to a MacBook Air or Mac mini with a single USB cable and easily fits into a travel bag. It doesn't take up much space on an office desk or tray table. You can play and create CDs and DVDs even when you're on the go.
