This is an adapter for converting the connector of an IEEE 1394 cable. It appears to be made by Apple, but I can't confirm as I only have the adapter itself. It converts a 6-pin cable to a 4-pin cable. However, I haven't been able to verify its functionality. Also, the adapter shows signs of aging, such as yellowing. Please understand that this is a used item sold as-is.
