This is Panasonic's Vitalift. Purchased around March of this year. The third photo confirms that the power turns on properly. Regarding the cable, I'm not entirely sure if it's the original one, but I've included a Type-C cable that I've confirmed can charge the device. The plug is not included. There are three gels. The white one is not specifically for the Vitalift, but it serves the same purpose and can be used. There is one unopened dedicated gel and one that has been opened. I weighed both with a scale, so please refer to the photos. As this is not an inexpensive item, please review the photos carefully before considering a purchase.
